I recently read that the words we speak to our children become their inner voice. I thought that is not only true of children but of others around us. The more we each hear negative things about ourselves, the more that becomes part of what we believe about ourselves. How many times, have I thought about saying something positive to someone, but just didn’t take the time, or thought they might think I’m being “sappy”? It is time for all of us to start lifting each other up. Take the time to “Speak The Words”. We all need to hear them!!
