Oooh Thank you for my nomination - my DDinLaw will be absolutely thrilled that a photo of her has been nominated. She loves my pages and I know she will be, as I am, tickled pink! :)
 
I'm curious about when a poll opens and when it closes. Since some time in December, I've only been able to vote twice even though I've been nominating layouts almost every week since I became a Sugar Cookie. Is there a set of guidelines for this? Thanks in advance for helping to eliminate my confusion. :)
