Pizza has always been a family favorite. I remember as a little girl my Mom making it at home, from a “kit” she bought at the grocery store. And I have some early memories of going to really neat pizzeria. When I was in 5th grade, we moved from Tennessee to NJ, just 30 miles east of NYC. That is where pizza became a weekly staple in our home. We would go up and get a slice at a small pizzeria downtown. When my family moved to Ecuador, my husband started making homemade pizza crust and pizzas. I have had this kit in mind for a while and I’m excited to finally get a chance to make it.
