I think we've talked before about how bad I am about buying $1 things and not using them. (I think a lot of us are guilty of that) Hello, my name is Jen and I'm a cheap kit-aholic.... So I'm going to take inspiration from Christy's thread and keep track of what I'm actually making with this month's Bake Sale goodies. (So I can justify buying more next month of course!)

Here's what I bought, and ideas for LO's I want to make. I try really hard not to buy only kits I have specific ideas for. I limited myself to $10, which was SO HARD!

For the Love of Baking by Pixelily... I want to do a LO about how I'm trying to bake more at home instead of buying all the desserts from Publix. And maybe one about how I send cookies to my friends and family who live far away.
A Little Nautical by Lindsay Jane... A LO about how I get seasick, but I continue doing things on boats. Also maybe one about the lighthouse at St. Augustine

Weeks of Our Year masks by JoCee... I've been wanting to try these out for a long time.
Txt Me by LouCee... I could do a million LO's with kits like these but I really want to do one about the hilarious group texts I have with Jason and Charles's mom.
Good Times by Neia Scraps... A LO about how I loved vintage clothes when I was a teenager.
You + Me by Neia Scraps... Another one I could do a million LO's with. I'm a sucker for love themed kits.
Full Page Happiness templates by Miss Fish.... Going to use this for April's Inspiration Challenge
Renew by the Gingerbread Ladies.... FWP ftw :)

So what has everyone else bought? (Or maybe don't tell me, I don't need temptation to buy more things, LOL)
 
I have avoided buying this month except for one buffet item that I did use. However the 65% off sale is calling my name, there are so many kits I want, just because, nothing in mind but I want them.
 
JEN!!! I had already DONE my Bake Sale shopping....now I will have to go back and get some MORE!!!!:D
 
Love Aprilisa's PP series. I have a bunch and you picked out some good ones! After digiscrapping for 10 years, I never NEED anything, but I love scrapping with new goodies.

I got 100% Country - I have pictures from pre race concerts I want to scrap
100% Old Fashioned - family album
100% Scrap Addict - pictures from crops I've been to.
Diet Diary - I stated my diet today to get the 100 pounds off I need to lose. This kit is to scrap my progress.
100% You - I got this kit to scrap my son's Fingerprinting Merit badge class pictures.
April Daze Date - I hate to admit I paid the $1 for the kit cause I wanted the titles. I have some pics of April the Giraffe off the computer I want to scrap (I took pics of the live feed for my own use).

Visit A Park - BSA Hikes (he did like 15 in 2016)
Sisters - I have 3 sisters. Trust me I've got pics of them to scrap.

So, I already have a lot of items in the Bake Sale and the Spring Cleaning sale. But I did pick up:


I have some Oktoberfest photos from our time in Muenchen to scrap.


I'm a total template Junkie!


I can always use more romantic templates for photos of hubby and I.


And I can always use more romantic kits, despite the fact that I have tons of them!

I DO try to stick to a budget, since I have so many kits and templates from the CTs that I'm on, I really don't need a lot of extras. So I try to pick up items that I know I will use a bunch.
 
Drat! I'd abstained thus far, but I feel myself f--a--l--l--i--n--g off the wagon................................. I'm just as bad in fabric stores!!!

Hehe. That's me with yarn! I have, oh, two full-sized afghans on the go, and two cat-sized blankets. But it's all good, right? Creativity is supposed to keep the mind young, they say! (Along with good nutrition, of course!)
 
I mean... how can you resist when the deal is just so good!!

I can never resist a good sale, you never know when it will be at that price again. I have impulse control issues when it comes to getting a "good deal" lol!

Can't wait to see all your amazing pages!!
