So sorry to hear this news Peggy. If you have purchased things recently they would still be in your order history and you might be able to still download some things. Other than that the only way would be to have someone access your desktop and move things to an external drive for you. :/ When you have an illness like you have depression is a normal part of it. I really hope you are able to find some joy in scrapbooking again maybe try downloading some of the free welcome wagon items or other places online that are offering freebies for the time being. hugs.
 
Hi Peggy, I'm happy to reset your orders! Just send me a support ticket and I can get anything reset for you. The only things I can't reset are items from designers that are no longer in the shop, or retired products. We only leave those up on the server for about 45 days after disabled.

ahhh Peggy, I am so sorry you have to go through this. I hope you find a suitable laptop soon so that you can scrap your way through the depression and anxiety. I am sooooo delighted for you and simply blown away that Ginger is going to reset your orders for you, what a great place Gingerscraps is!!! Hang in there Peggy, stay strong and get well. I am so sorry, Peggy. I can't imagine how hard the diagnosis must be. I hope that scrapping will give you some enjoyment. I see that Ginger is going to reset your orders (isn't she awesome?!), but another thought I had is that you could add things to Dropbox to transfer them over. Prayers and good thoughts coming your way!!

Oh Peggy. I am sorry you are going through that. It's rough. Scrapping is so therapeutic and I am so glad Ginger was able to help you get your kits back. Good luck with the laptop. I'm sure you can find something inexpensive that will work just fine for you while you are down. Hugs and prayers!
