I thought it was supposed to be winter?

As most know, I live in Ontario. In the snowbelt! LOL...well last year we had one snowfall and this year we have had one snowfall so far but it melted.

Today it's going to be 10 degrees Celcius!!!! That's like April weather. I just don't get it. We may get a storm on Monday into Tuesday but it's going to still be in the plus 3 to 5 range! We haven't used our snow blower in 2 years now! It is just so strange.

Here we have the new President saying climate change isn't a "real thing" and that "science is wrong and not factual" (yes he did!!) and we up North are not getting snow where there is usually snow and unusually warm temps....

I'm befuddled.

I hear you...I'm in Buffalo, NY and today was like a spring day! It was in the 50's and the ground isn't even frozen anymore. So strange...but I'm not complaining too much. If spring makes an early appearance and stays, I won't be too sad :)

We have been getting weird weather too, instead of dry heat we are now getting a lot of tropical heat. All the monsoon weather from the top of Australia is being pulled down the middle of Australia and we are getting hit with wild storms and power outages!!!

Same here in Upstate NY, should be loads of snow on the ground, nothing at all :(

Same exact thing here in Maine too - we have had a few subzero days this winter but this past week has been quite lovely actually. I love it though - less money being spent on heating oil and snow removal :D Doesn't hurt my feelings a bit!

It's not just up north. On Tuesday in Texas it was 80 degrees. Today, Wednesday, it's supposed to be 60. Then Thursday back i the 70s....
We NEED a good hard freeze or we're going to have mosquitoes the size of dogs come this summer lol

I live in Western Idaho where snow is VERY rare and yet we are buried. Six school snow days just this month!

Up North Ontario, they have about 4 feet!! My cousin sent me a photo of her yard and her car was buried. I don't usually care if it snows, but my kids love the snow and are very disappointed that we haven't been able to toboggan or skate this winter.

We got a dusting last night but it's really cold today.
