I get excited to see title changes, too! I don't know how they work here, but it's usually the number of posts you have made. Not sure if it also includes gallery comments. I'm still a Kitchen Assistant.

I love seeing the title changes too. I think I've run out of title changes....unless they 'add' something like old timer, or been here forever. LOL.
