I finally bought a camera!

After not having a "real" camera for almost three years...I bought one with my tax return money. Now I feel like a real scrapbooker again! :D

OOOO - paired with your awesome kits, you're gonna be a formidable scrapper now!!!! Congrats!!! I want a new dSLR - I have a really old Canon Rebel that's pretty much outlived itself.

Woohoo!! Have fun with your new toy! Can't wait to see the fabulous layouts you create with them. And I second Susan, your awesome kits will pair with them perfectly!!

I don't know how I'd survive without a working camera.
Wait ... I do, hehe
I killed mine in a washing machine at one point and it was a few months before I could replace. I now have another on top of it as a back-up (lies ... I actually wanted one with a few more options and 1080p recording hehe)

Congrats!! I've had my Olympus Evolt dlsr for 10 Years and I still love it. I'd love to upgrade to a Nikon but it still works great.

What kind did you get? Sadly the only time I used my real camera last year was to take moon shots and on my Hawaii trip. I need to use it more

This thread reminded me how much I loved my Rebel (just the XS with stock lens, but still) that I had to cave and get the photography level of Adobe CC so I can learn Lightroom ;)

I'm excited!

I'm wading through Lightroom right now as well. My husband has Adobe CC for his work and I get his second computer license!

I love cameras! I have my big DSLR Nikon D3600 and then my pocket Canon Power shot 4000.
I use my cameras all the time and can be seen dragging them both around at any given moment. Last year, I took way over 1000 photos with the big camera. I like that if I am holding the big camera, it reminds me to actually take photos of the everyday and the cool.
