Dear GingerSnaps administrators: I JUST started an acct. with GingerSnaps and was able to get in once with my password...now when I went to shop, I had to log in again, and used my pw (I have it written down), and it keeps saying I am using a bad username or password. Please help, as I really want to look at the new kits you have.
