I cannot get the July reward even with the email link and coupon code.

I put it in the cart.
I cannot see it in the cart but it does say $7.
I use the coupon code, and it spins endlessly.
I have tried for the last couple of days and not success.
I have tried both gift certificate and paypal but neither of them stops spinning. I even went as far as to push it through, but then paypal want $7. Any ideas? I would really appreciate it.

I obviously don't know my way around the kitchen, because I can't get this right, or post gallery images directly, only through attach.

Did you use the "Redeem a discount coupon" ? that is where you need to add the code. Also are you logged into your store account?
