How's your Gas ...[prices]

eeek I don't know if my calculations are right (so I am not posting them!), but over here (Perth Western Australia) it's
$1.39 per litre, it was $1.50 a litre not long ago
and that's Australian Dollars which is another conversion.... (too late for maths!)

I think I'm going to give up trying to figure it out (it might hurt too much, brain and wallet) but Yay for you if that was a good price hehe
 
Ok, someone can correct my maths if I did it wrong (felt I was giving up too easily!!!)

1 gallon = 3.78 litres
so
3.78 litres @ 1.36/litre = $5.14/gallon that's Australian dollars

$5.14 Au --> USD$4.48

so our gas (which we all call Petrol here, we go to the petrol station and not the gas station...) that's US$4.48/Gallon.

So that's a real bargain you got yourself there Michi!
And a little lesson in Australian Lingo... from a Canadian!!!! :D
 
We are at $3.25 (Chevron) in our area of SoCal, it was $4.25 in July, so big difference!

Costco is $2.98 and since I need to stock up, I think I'll fill up too! Yay!
 
The cheapest I've seen it in southern Maine is $2.83. Quite a drop from a few months ago! :) It only cost me $47 to fill my tank the other day!
 
It sure is going down, yay!! Went to fill up at Costco the other day, only $2.95... a little under $50 to fill up from empty!
 
As I was driving David around this afternoon [trying to get him to fall asleep for a nap] I saw a 2.69 at Circle K [convenience store].

Ours has dropped! The lowest I've seen is $2.89/gallon. I was able to almost fill up with $50! So nice! :)
 
$2.77 here now.... I keep waiting for it to start going up again. Let's hope it holds through the holidays though! :)
 
We are at 1.09 /litre. Last week it was 1.26. Although it should be around .99 cents but the stations are padding it still!!
 
Lately, here in Topeka, is around $2.39 :O
INSANITY! :D

And ... I looked on Gas Buddy. Two places in town have that price. Everyone else is $2.50, but STILL! We were nearly $4 this time last year, so I'll pay it (it wasn't that cheap when we lived in FL 10 years ago, LOL)

Ours is now at $2.67.... getting better. The good news is that according to CNN Student News this week, the price is expected to be below $2 by spring. WOOT! :)
 
It's under $2 here in Topeka, pretty much across the board. When I see it at the station up the road, it's pretty much set :O

I'm excited about our prices. I filled up on Sunday @ Costco... $2.35/gallon!

Perfect timing since we are going to So. Cal for Christmas.

Also the first two? Literally across the street from each other. The $1.99 is the one we prefer to go to. Almost always empty.

Also, I really love my font on my phone (you can see it at the top with the %, hehe)
