How to make Letters the Same Size

Leanne, are you using fonts or Alpha for this?
If alphas, did you add them all at the same time? If you did, they should be all the same size you would select them altogether ( select top layer - hold sift key - click on each layer ) then all layers should be selected and they you select the move tool and click on a corner anchor/little arrow should appear and drag to the size you want.
