How long does it take to get a ticket resolved in the store?

The reason that I'm asking is that it is getting close to the 48 mark given to when my response would be handled and I haven't heard anything yet. Just curious. Thanks!

My goal is to answer all support tickets within 48 hours, sometimes I cut it really close..... especially around and following major shop sales and events.
I just got all caught up on all outstanding tickets, so you should have a reply on your ticket waiting for you now.
