Hi everybody,

my name is Sandra and I'm from Germany,
When I came across Scrapbooking on a trip to the US almost 15 years ago I wanted to try it to, but back home I realized, that you couldn't get the paper, stickers etc here. So I tried with a few products, but something was missing and I quit.
Fast forward to 2014. We went to Disney World with the kids for the first time and I wanted to create an album. But it took almost 4 more years and another trip to Disney for me to start over and discover digital Scrapbooking.

Now I'm trying to learn as much as possible and perhaps I need your help sometimes.

Sandra

Welcome to Gingerscraps. You sound like me- I tried paper scrapping but wasn't pleased with the results or the process and then I discovered digital. I love the "undo" button if I don't like something- it is so much easier than working with glue and scissors. Feel free to post questions. The blog features Tutorial Tuesdays which is helpful and fun to try some of the new skills. Be sure to check out the Welcome Wagon for some welcome gifts from the designers to get you started on building up your digital stash. And my favorite- the store Bake Sale is occurring now- awesome way to more digital designs t play with.

HI Sandra! So happy you are here at Gingerscraps. I was also a paper scrapper long ago, but I ran out of space in our house, lol. Once I discovered digital scrapping, I became hooked all over again! One way I learned techniques and ideas was browsing through the gallery. I loved to see how people place their pictures, papers, elements... so many styles, but all so beautiful!

Can't wait to see your creations...xoxo...♥

Welcome to the community! It's a great place there is a lot to see, do and shop! I was so glad when I found digi as I was able to not have to take my supplies out and no one sees the mess!
Keep an eye on the blog (or search) lots of great tutorials here for help you. There is also a help section in forum where you can ask questions and get answers.
