I have this great photo of my daughter from our dinner at Be Our Guest...how do I remove the person right behind her...Any suggestions?

It is an awesome photo. There are various tools in photoshop. A combo of clone , content aware, and healing brush [j]....but it is not a one click deal 'usually' it's a work around. Select your daughter and ctrl j to another layer. Then have fun fiddling with the above mentioned tools.
I sent you a PM.

Play with it, and if you wish to send to me, I'm happy to "give it a go" [a phrase my g'kiddo's use].

I agree with Michi- if you have PS- the Content Aware Fill should come close especially if you select the top half of the girl then use the trees in the background for the Content Fill source. Then work on making a selection of the bottom half of the girl and isolate the stone flooring as the Content Fill source. Then if it is still a bit imperfect you could select your daughter- inverse the selection and then blur the background for that soft focus effect. I have played with Content Aware in PS CC and am kind of impressed by the results.

Content aware did NOT work well on the whole photo. _In this circumstance. It's a play and 'give it a go' between various tools and I LOVE an adventure.
I selected this darling subject and placed upon her own layer.
Then fiddled.
Jenn- up to you to share my final. Sent via email.
