Help with a template...please

I was wondering if you could help me. I opened one of the welcome packages today. The template is in jpeg and tiff format (and one in photoshop) I can't figure out how to use it in my SB4 from CM. It only shows up as a regular picture, so I can't load it as a usable template. Help!!!!! Totally overwhelmed by these new templates. I have only used CM pre-designed pages up to now. :dontgetit:

Which designer was it? I know a couple of the designers add .page files to their packages so they can be used in the CM software.
 
I did send a pm to the designer as well. but figured I would ask here in case she doesn't get it right away. Thanks!
 
Gang I. There...I had that program but never used it, I'm certain the designer will contact soon with a solution. The digi world is wonderful.ntgere is always some one who can assist.

Ohhhh you stumped us, lol. Sorry, I hope you don't give up, someone will be able to help you. Perhaps we should have a spot where we list the software programs and people who are well knowledged with them as a contact for help. I am not familiar with CM, and I first started with SB, but it's been just long enough that I don't really remember how to use it.
 
I think you need either pngs or page files to be able to use this template in your program. I'd be happy to convert it for you if you could let me know where you got it from and the designer doesn't mind.
 
it is by pretty in green. I tried pm'ing her for help, but haven't heard back. the link in the store says that it comes in the png format, but I didn't get one in the zip file I received. I don't want to have you go to all that work if she already has it in png, and I don't want to ask you to convert it without her permission. so I guess it's just wait till she answers for now...
 
She's been crazy busy with work (she's been working 10 hour days). She will get back with you soon I'm sure.
 
I'm not in a rush, whenever she gets a chance to answer is fine. Thank you all for your responses and your help!
