Help Please

I am trying to upload to the gallery a layout I just did for the DD Challenge.
It is telling me I've exceeded my upload limit of 8, I only have 6 plus a small
pic of myself for my profile.
 
The way the gallery counts your uploads is by every time the image is used.. So if you upload three separate images to the members gallery, the designers galleries, and the challenge galleries that your layouts relate to then really that's nine uploads instead of three... It resets itself every 24 hours though so you will be good to upload again! Hope this helps!
 
Yesterday I got the same exact message! And it was driving me nuts because I only uploaded 3 photos.. until I realized what Elynnia said and then I just deleted the LO from the second galleries (repeated) and was fine uploading again... :D
