HELP...I am not able to upload my photo to the gallery

I have tried and tried and tried again. Deleted cookies and browsing history etc, signed in and out several times, and still am unable to upload a LO. Whaaa...doesn't seem to be on my end so I'm posting here.

TIA for help on this issue!!
 
Can you explain a little more about what it's not letting you do?

The new upload window has the 'Select Files for Uplaod" towards the bottom, rather than up at the top as it used to be. Can you see that?
 
Yes I see that there is a new link but when I click on that link nothing happens. And it won't let me upload.

we seem to have quite a few people using Chrome, that are having issues.
I let our IT guy know yesterday and he will investigate today.
Hopefilly it's fixed quickly!
Will update once I have news.
 
I am using Firefox and I can't upload, either. I get an error message - Server I/O Error
 
Anyone having any luck with this. I still can't upload. It's like the upload button just doesn't work... HELP! We're getting to the end of the month and would love to upload some layouts... :-)
 
Ginger is working with the IT guy on this very issue. She'll update as soon as she has information to give us.
 
Sorry it's taking so long, sometimes "little" issues take longer to figure out and solve.
I will keep you updated as soon as I have more info.

I didn't get the notification that things were working again but stopped by to check and looks like we are good to go again!! Thanks Ginger! :)
