Help for PSE11

Is there a simple way to link all of my layers together? Or do I have to link each one individually?

I highlight them all in the layers panel and then click the link. Is that not working?

How do you highlight them all?

I hold the shift key down and click them each. It should highlight them all one at a time. then, you can click the link icon.
