Hello! Newbie from Richmond, VA

Hi all. My name is Cassie, and I am currently in living in Virginia. Born and raised in California, and it will always be my home. I am slightly overwhelmed by digital scrapping, but thoroughly amazed at all the wonderful creations I see. I hope that I will have lots of questions. There is so much I want to learn.

I have two fur babies, (well three if you count the unshaved hubby)... Cats are named Pookie and Blaze and they run the household. I am usually ignored by them unless they are hungry, I am sleeping, or I am typing. I am a lurker by nature, so this is a lot for me. :)

Welcome Cassie. I remember when I discovered digi scrapping and overwhelmed is just one of the words I would have used. I actually ran away from it for about 6 months and then came back, found some tutorials and took baby steps back in.
If you have questions, ask away. Everyone is so friendly here.
 
It is so much fun to create pages and scrap all your memories. It is so much fun to break out of the bonds of tradition and get artistic from time to time. Don't measure your scrapping against those who have scrapped forever and above all, scrap for you and your family. If you scrap other things, let them be inspired by something in your heart. It is easy to get swept up into a spiral of creation, but then not end up with things that will be meaningful forever.

Don't run away - embrace your fate!
