I originally joined here I believe it said 2015. Since than I was a designer at a couple of stores under the name A Fish Design. I haven't designed anything since May of last year. I recently retired from designing. I was truly missing scrapping and think that was part of the designer burn-out. Hopefully I will get back to designing one day but for now I want to scrap.
I've been married for 20 years. My husband and I are finally planning a vacation without the kids The kids are old enough to stay home alone now. In November we'll be cruising to Bahamas on Norweign Cruise Line.
My daughter, Molly (18) started college this past fall and is loving it. Her grades are amazing. My husband and I drive her the four miles to and from for now, until she gets her license. That was part of the reason I retired from designing as well; no time, with all the driving I was doing.
My son, Philip (14) is in eight grade and can't wait to graduate in June. He does have some learning disabilities and struggles to keep his head above water with his grades. As long as he completes all work and tries his best is all we care about. It's so hard to see him get so frustrated when doing homework!
My family is a BIG Disney family. We have time share at the Boardwalk! My kids loving signing and try to quiz me on the songs and the artist! I fail miserable at that, but it is fun! We also love playing Cards Against Humanity, and Uno!
