Hi! My name is Sandy. I am married with 2 daughters - one who graduated college last year, and another who is a freshman in college. As a new empty-nester, I thought I would fill some of my time getting back into scrapbooking.

I am just starting digital scrapbooking. I have been paper scrapbooking for almost 20 years (not too much in the last 5). I recently got PSE 15 and am trying to figure it out. I've been collecting downloads for the past few months and just recently found this site - which I really love! Everyone seems very friendly! I like the idea of the monthly challenges and hope that will inspire me to actually create a page (which I have yet to do!)
 
Once you get started, you will never stop. Jill and I have known each other FOREVER through digital scrapping. Over 10 years, for sure. She is a master at it. If you need any help, just ask, people are very helpful. Welcome on board. I am pretty new here also (as a regular, anyway). Glad to meet you.
 
HI Sandy! So happy you are here. I was also a paper scrapper, started almost 20 years ago, too, when I met a CMC shortly after we were married. I started digi scrapping over 5 years ago when I joined this site (July 2012) and I've been hooked since.

Gingerscraps is the first and only digi-site I've known and I super love it here! Everyone is so friendly and amazing :)

oh... I also have a freshman in college, my heart still hurts that he's not in our house. But I'm glad he's only a 45min drive :)
 
Hi Sandy! Welcome to GS! Digi-scrapping is a perfect way to fill up some of that "empty nest" time and feeling. I remember when my first one went off to college, I felt like my right arm had been torn off! I scrap everything! This is a wonderful site full of friendly, helpful folks! You will love it here!
