Hello from New Orleans, LA!

Hi! Just wanted to jump in and introduce myself...I'm Jen and I am new here. I'm a wife, mom, and dog mom who works full time and escapes into my digital scrapbook hobby when I can. I used to paper scrap years ago when I was in high school and stopped for a while, and then jumped into digital scrapbooking when my daughter was born in 2007 and haven't looked back. I love how I can scrap in my chair when I am not feeling well (like now), or while I am away from home. That is what kept me in the hobby for so long, all I need is my laptop and it's go time. Anyway, it is nice to meet everyone. :)
 
Welcome! Can't wait to see your layouts.

On a side note, I have a ton of family in Houma. That's where my Dad was born and raised.

Welcome to GS! I too used to be a traditional paper scrapper but when I tried digital scrapping I never went back, can't beat the convenience and how cost effective it is.
 
Welcome! Hubby is from New Orleans - grew up in Harahan. Still have relatives there in Metairie and Ormond. Plus in Baton Rouge.
