Hi - I'm new to GingerScraps, but not scrapbooking. I actually still have my old high school scrapbooks, circa 1980s! When my oldest child was a few years old, I was introduced to Creative Memories; I was a CM consultant for a good chunk of the 1990s and early oughts. The digital scrapbooking tools CM started offering really spoke to me, a busy mom with a love of graphic design. ;) Although I still do some traditional, paper scrapbooking and card making, the majority of my memory keeping is digital these days. Happy to be here with like-minded people!
 
Hi Angela! So glad you stopped by to say hello. Ah... the good ole days of Creative Memories. I used to love going to those crops and I think I bought every product they ever sold! LOL. In fact, I still have a closet of albums that are all CM! But once I went digital, I never looked back. So glad you found us here. This is such a welcoming community, and I'm "just next door" in KS! Looking forward to seeing your work in the gallery. Holler if you have any questions! :)
 
Welcome! I started selling Creative Memories too! I would have gone broke if I stayed with them because I bought lots!!!

I just recently started scrapbooking again after a few year's hiatus.
I recommend you bookmark the blog. Look for Daily Download. If you collect all pieces during a month you'll have a full kit. Each piece is available for 5 days only... so bookmark is your friend.

Also, when you subscribe to the designers newsletters, you'll often get coupons, samplers and other freebies.
There was a Newsletter Hop in February, sadly that is over, but there are still a list with opt-in links to most, if not all designers.

Welcome to Gingerscraps! I cut my scrapbooking teeth on Creative Memories! I still have a lot of physical things lying around and I dabble with card making from time to time. Looking forward to seeing your layouts in the gallery.
