Hello, my name is Ellie and I'm from Arizona. I was hugely into digital scrapbooking back in the early 2000's when things were just getting started, but life got busy and I had to step away from it for awhile. Now that my kids are older and life has calmed down I am ready to get back into it! I'm not sure if anyone would remember me from so long ago, but I was Ellie Lash/That Girl back in the day. :) I remember GingerScraps as being one of the friendliest places, so I'm hoping to get to know people and make some friends again as I jump back into being creative.

I am a little late welcoming you back, but better late than never! You are right about this being a friendly site. I belonged to another site for a long time and when that closed, this was the first place I came and I have never looked back. This is the friendliest site on the internet.

Please take a look at our great freebies in the GingerScraps Welcome Wagon Thread. Not sure if you are scrapping with your existing stash, but if you are looking for extra stuff, this is a good place to hunt it down :)

Tutorials are really useful and can help you through the learning curve. There are all kinds of things to help you along.

Challenges are a great way to get some scrapping done.

And... don't underestimate the power of getting to know people - pop into the Everyday chatter forum and jump in!

When someone leaves a comment on your layout - there is no need to say thank you. Although the thanks are much appreciated, we don't get notified, so we won't see it.
