Happy Spring! NOT!

Lol...the stereotype of living in Canada is real today! We are in storm watch mode for today and tomorrow. Freezing rain and tons of it, heading our way from Colorado ( thanks guys!). They are expecting trees to come down from weight of the ice and streets to be a huge mess tomorrow morning as it's dipping down below zero tonight!

I remember Easter of 2005, Adam was 5 and we awoke to 35 cm of snow and the town we lived in had hidden all the eggs and candy for the Easter hunt the night before lol....I have a paper layout somewhere of him searching for eggs in a foot of snow.

How's the weather where you are?

We had hail and snow yesterday! It was brief and didn't stick on the ground long, but hopefully it was cold enough to kill some mosquitos and make the snakes hide :)

Ugh - you picked a good day to ask this! :p

I'm in the 8-12" zone!! SNOW that is!

Well here downunder in my part of Oz, the weather has finally decided to succumb to autumn and we are done with our hot dry dusty summer (I don't like heat:() and the weather is beautiful. Autumn is my most favourite time of the year! The days are still hot enough for just tshirt shorts sandals but the nights are cool enough to snuggle under a blanket...love it!!!

Weather is always interesting in Minn-e-snow-ta. Still snowing, but I don't think we'll get the 14 inches they were predicting.

I saw the news... And yes...cold your way and W parts of USA. We were freezing the past couple days. Today was beautiful. .

Well, we got about 10" with sleet on to of it. Roads were so bad I cancelled my nail appointment :P

We're supposed to get a mix tonight and turning to rain tomorrow sometime. It's actually just started to spit a bit now. I'm close enough to the ocean though that it should turn to rain fairly early in the morning so hopefully we won't get an "ice" storm like they had here back in 1997; I wasn't living here then but all my family was and it was a nightmare and I don't care to experience it first hand!

We had some icy rain last night, which my hubby failed to realize before skating straight down the porch steps this morning. I'm working (and playing) from home today to keep an eye on him. A little warmer and still wet today!
