Gallery Comments

Hi,

I have been struggling to find an answer for this but may have missed it completely and I am hoping someone here can help me

When I post things to the gallery I get some awesome comments and would love to answer the questions and/or say thank you to the person posting a response. But I can't figure out how unless I post a new comment but then the person might not go back and look at the other comments.

Click on the name of the person who made the comment. On the left side is her profile. Click on send private message. Send her a personal message.

Yes, you can either send them a message or you can comment below them in the galley.

@gingerscraps If I just post below their comment in the gallery will the person be able to see my new comment response back to them?

Also, I sometimes see where people put a person's name in comments and it looks like a hyperlink. I cannot figure out how people are doing that.

Thanks for asking. A quick way to respond to a comment you like is to click on the commentor's name. It will take you to her page. On the left-hand side of that page is a random photo from the commentor's gallery. You can add a comment there. It will alert the commentor that there is a new comment on one of her pages. Her "messages" count will increase. Doesn't matter that the random photo isn't recent.

If you comment on your own page under where she commented, there isn't any alert.
