Gallery and Albums

I see in the FAQ information that one can create different albums in the gallery and that they can be Public, Private, or Profile.

Albums and Photos

I followed the link in the information but I cannot find " Photos & Albums" in my User Control Panel. Is that capability not enabled for the site? I like the idea of a Private album as a place to store screenshots used to explain how to do something without having do store them on a third party photo sharing site.

I actually do not have that enabled for our gallery.
I used to have it set up that way but it became confusing and kind of a mess for maintenance.
