Fonts not showing in PSE 15

I have lots (and lots and lots) of fonts that I have downloaded and installed and each has duly appeared in PSE 15. For some reason, one of the two fonts I installed today shows as installed in Windows 10 but won't come up in PSE even though the other one does. I have restarted, reinstalled and still no luck. Has anyone else experienced this? The fonts are Blackout 2am (works) and Blackout Midnight (won't show up).

Any help is appreciated!
