Hi ladies!

Last year, I managed to participate in making a layout each week summarizing our life for that week. I now have 52 pages and would like to get them printed in a book. Since it's my first time with a project this big, I would love to hear your experiences!

Do you print all 52 weeks into one book or separate them into sections/different books?
What service did you end up using to print your albums? (I'm in the United States, but open to overseas ideas) I tried making one with Shutterfly, but the software won't let me add more pages past July.... could be user error or some other limitation...

Thank you in advance! Hope you stay warm and dry (or cool and comfy for our Southern hemisphere friends!) <3

Hi Alyssa - I am really bad at finishing out the year, so I usually thread my pages in with all my other pages for the year. I get the pages printed individually in the hopes that one day I will finish my missing pages and have an actually year completed!

I am really lucky. I live in a community that has a 12x12 printer and printing the pages is not that expensive. They are training me to help people who are printing them, so I will be able to get them even cheaper. I am pretty excited about that :)

I haven't printed them, but one of my sisters printed a photo album that I created for her using Chatbooks, and the book it's really good, excellent print, good quality, and they offered her free shipping, she really loved the result, and the assistance was good too. She investigated a little bit before print it, and she had the next options
- Walmart
- Vistaprint
- Chatbooks
- Mixbook

I'm so excited that you did 365 for the year!! I did it in 2024 and loved it! I plan to do it this year too. You will have to come back and show us all your book once it is printed!! I can't wait to see it!

I upload my pages into a Shutterfly book and order it once they have a sale. Shutterfly has a option of a completely blank book, so it's perfect for uploading layouts. I also create the front and back cover. Congrats on completing such a great challenge!

Congratulations!!! That is a huge accomplishment!

I've been doing PL since 2010 and have only finished one whole year, but I'm totally ok with that. I print mine individually and put them in with all my other layouts. I did print out the first part of 2014 into a Blurb book years ago and I really liked it. The quality wasn't "fancy book" quality, but it was "sit out and let people flip through it and I won't get upset if something gets spilled on it" quality.

my one word of advice would be, if this is your first time printing out a whole book, do a test print of a page or two first to make sure the font size is good for you.

I print all 52 pages into a book. Some of the events require their own pages, which I also put in the same album. I suppose you would call it a chronological album with the weekly pages as sort of a cover page for that chapter of the album. I usually use Mixbook to print the albums. They allow for more pages than other companies.
