Finally warming up here!!

It's been such a cold spring for us here in Ontario. But this weekend (which is a holiday weekend here) it's going to be in the low 20's C all weekend. I am SO ready for the warmer weather!!! We had hail last Sunday and it was only 8 degrees for most of the week!

I'm so over global warming....trends here say it's going the total opposite and we are cooling down quicker.

We are the opposite here downunder Trace. Summer has hung on WAY past its use by date and we have experienced the hottest summer since records were started. We are now experiencing beautiful temps as we finally move into cooler weather...days warm enough for jeans and Tshirts with light cardi and nights cool enough to snuggle under a cosy blanket (or up to a cosy husband) Sadly though most of our part of the state is in serious drought and just yesterday, our town council applied the most extreme of water restrictions on us...no town supplied water outside AT ALL!!! Any garden watering will now have to be done from saved shower water, laundry water etc. Thankfully being this time of year the gardens will not be screaming out for a drink quite so badly as in the hot weather. We need big rain very very badly

We in California have had such crazy weather we are wondering if Mother Nature is having mood swings. Just a couple days ago, I was in tank top, shorts and flip flops at 7 am and temps reached 95f. Then, the temps dropped 15, we got a breeze and a weather system moving in. Now, we are back in pants and sweaters and there is rain on the way. I think the temperatures are supposed to be in the high 60s this weekend!

HOT...steamy...humid...It's Florida! But a 'cold' front coming in...so less humity.

It's been a crazy spring here. Was above seasonal early on, then below seasonal, and lots of rain. At least that meant I didn't have to start watering the grass! Finally, the temperature was up to 21℃ here yesterday! And it is supposed to be sunny and warm all weekend, although it's cloudy here at the moment.
