Do you set New Year's Resolutions?

I haven't set one in years because instead I pick a word of the year. I am behind picking one and so I was wondering if anyone has picked theirs or if they set resolutions instead?

I do sometimes. I set 3 for this year and have done well on 2 of them. I think I'm just doing 1 for 2019, and keeping the 2 I set for this year as well.

No, but I have a word of the year. 2016 was Redemption, 2017 was transformation, and 2018 was Restoration. I have not been given my word of 2019 yet.

I used to, but I rarely kept them, and I have never chosen a word. However, I am on a weight loss journey, which will end up being a healthy eating plan after I reach my goal.

I have a goal board that gets reviewed towards the end of the year and updated with new goals. They are sort of resolutions.

I do. When my siblings and I were young, we would always write down our new year's resolution. I think I still write it because I grew up writing down some. It's the feeling that I have everytime I write one, it feels like home.

I do...but then I don't really call them New Year's Resolutions, mostly because I make lots of goals throughout the year and try to reset my thinking. Once a year just isn't enough for me haha.

I have a New Years resolution and a word of the year
I decided to make my resolution fun one.... I am going to try one new restaurant a month for the year. So 12 months means 12 restaurant to try! There are so many great places to eat and I always find myself going to the same ones over and over again. LOL

My word of the year is HOME because I want to be focused on saving monthly for a home, each time I want to go on a spend money on random stuff I will remember my word and hopefully remember that I have a goal of saving!
