Do you display your LOs?

I just had the most awesome day yesterday with Bailey (my granddaughter with traumatic brain injury). She is so special to me that I can't put it into words. So, trust me when I say that it made my heart explode yesterday when my daughter and I got to see her for the first time in a few months (she was quarantined b/c of her treatments that greatly suppress her immune system) and we presented her with 3 LO's that I had created and framed for her to hang on the wall at her carehome. One was with pics of her and I, another with her and her mom and the other with her and my hubs. She started to cry. When I asked her to show me a LO so I could take a pic of her with it, she put it in front of her face to hide her red tear streaked face and all you see in the photo is the LO and her hands holding it. That photo will be one of my precious ones and I can't wait to scrap with it.

Do you hang any on display in your home?

Rae, that is a touching story you shared, thank you.
I only put on display the scripture pages I create. I have two different type of frames that I display them in and they get changed over when I create a new one to display.
You have given me inspiration that I might start printing the odd special one to display.

I've done a couple frames but not much. I would love to hang them with on a string and find a way to change them out.

Rae, thank you for sharing your beautiful memory with us - what a blessing to be able to spend time w/ B and to share your layouts with her ... what a treasure!!!

I have 3 framed layouts (one made with a photo of each grandkiddo) that I have hanging next to my desktop computer. I changed them out every so often ... I have made several layouts for friends and framed them as gifts.

Rae, I love that you shared your story and visit with your granddaughter. ♥ Yes, I do have several framed LO's 'around the house'. I really need to get more printed! My favorite for the 12 x12 was Sam's Club and they no longer print.
Grandson reminded me again yesterday, that the big annual calendar I post on the side of the refrigerator still had 2019 months and favorite photos from 2018... Guess I better get a move on.

Things are progressing, I have 3 12 x 12 and 4 5x7 prints framed. I need to sort thru phone pics to print for the 16 mini-photo frame and mount them in the frame, then I'll be ready to start figuring out wall placement. I'm not going to be overly picky about it b/c I just want to get them up on the wall and be able to look at them every day as I sit in my office. I have a double 5x7 frame with fall trees sitting on my desk and on the cabinet I have a 10x8 b/w dandelion pic framed. It's slow going, but I'm getting there.

I don't have any of the 12x12s printed, but I do have a few 5x7s that I have scrapped especially to frame. Some of the 12x12s have made it to magnets though, which are all over my house and everyone else's who is unfortunate enough to have me for a friend, haha.

I love that you do this for your granddaughter!

Just seeing this now, Rae. What a beautiful story!!!

My husband and I were just talking about this the other day. I used to have four 8x8 frames that I'd use to display seasonal LO's. I'm not sure where I got them. I took them down to use the frames for a different project (decorating my husband's bathroom in a bunch of our travel photos)

I really miss having my LO's on display though. I saw this beautiful display of LO's on IG and I think I'm going to do something similar.
