Corrupt files on Download...

Ok so I am not sure what day it was as I moved all the individual items to the main folder before I realize I had an issue. I have 3 files that are corrupt. How can I get a new copy?

Hi Cindi,
If these are for purchases, I can reset your downloads. As long as the product or designer is still in the shop, I am always able to reset orders.

Please send me a support ticket for your request {Contact Us}. I would need the invoice numbers or dates of purchase.

If this is for a freebie I can do my best to try and get the items for you. Please give me all the details you can via support ticket (kit name, designer name, file name) and I will see what I can do :)
