Cookie Jar?

I am new here and last month I completed 11 challenges and tracked them in the Cookie Jar. I did an extra just in case I messed something up by accident! LOL! Anyway, the rules state that the reward kit will come after the 5th of September. How does that happen? Does it show up in my email? How long does it generally take?
 
I'll check with Missi. I know she's been under the weather the last several days and may not have gotten a chance to get to them yet.
 
They are calculated and ready to send, I will send them this afternoon. They usually go out around the 8th each month.
