Changing a Signature

I was sure I had bookmarked how to change a siggy, but it seems to be gone. I've struggled for a couple of months and I need to get this figured out for next year! I know it gets posted to the Gallery for the challenge but then what?
Is anyone able to give me the instructions. Thanks so much!


I think I have it, partially at least. Can't get a transparent background but hey, I'm ok with that!
