Hi Ann :)
I replied to both your support tickets (today and yesterday).
This is an issue on your end. I sent you a link with instructions on how to fix it too :)
Here is a copy and paste of my reply,
Hi Ann,
I talked to our support and they said it in not on our side.
It is due to a setting on your browser.

The PR_CONNECT_RESET_ERROR issue is encountered when the user tries to use Mozilla Firefox to connect to a website server with the HTTPS protocol but the request gets denied. This error message essentially means that the peer or some middlebox in between (most likely a firewall) is terminating the connection forcibly.

Here is a link to an article with instructions on how you can fix it : https://kinsta.com/knowledgebase/pr-end-of-file-error/

There is nothing we can do it “fix it” on our end since it is an error on your device/browser.

If the steps are too complicated for you in the above article, you can switch to another browser. I know that is not ideal, but just trying to come up with solutions for you :)

I wish I lived nearby and I could come over to your house and help you.
I hope you are able to get it resolved.

Please let me know if you have any other questions, or if there is anything more I can help you with.

Happy Scrapping, Ginger

Is it possible your computer had an update? Maybe go back to an earlier version if you have been using the same browser the whole time.

Hi Ginger & LilyAnn! Yes I did have a windows update! I have tried using Chrome, Microsoft Edge and I normally use Firefox.. I get the same errror message on all 3 browsers. I use Norton VPN for my virus protection. I am so frustrated because I will now lose all the daily dl's until I can solve this problem..sigh..but I appreciate your advice..I will see if I can go back to the earlier version to see if it works...

Hi Ginger! I still cannot access the blog. this is very upsetting for me! I do not want to miss any scavenger hunts or information for ginger scraps...I have tried various browsers-Chrome, Microsoft Edge and Firefox and I get the same error message....I can access other scrapbooking sites with no problem . I would appreciate any other help that you can give me,

thanks
ANN

I'm sorry Ann, I wish there was something I could do. I'm being told it is not on our end. Did you follow the step in the link I gave you?

If anyone else has the same problem that could be helpful because then we might be able to find a common denominator, but so far you are the only person with the error.
