I don't know if this is the appropriate place to ask this question, but I have twice tried to use the "contact us" form,and have received no reply.
Over a week ago, I made a substantial purchase from this site. The largest part of my purchase was the "Buy My Store" offer from Rosey-toes,for $45. There were no products to view, but I decided to take a chance, since I sympathized with the reason for trying to raise additional money.
I received the links for my other downloads immediately; but so far, I have received nothing about this $45 purchase.
As I said, I've use the contact link twice to no avail, and when I saw a link for the Rosey-toes blog, I was redirected to the J.C.Penny website.
Do you have any advice on how I can redeem my purchase? The only recourse I can think of is to tell Paypal that I didn't receive my entire order, and see if they can sort it out.
