At the Doctor today....

Hey Ladies! I'm at the doctor today for my weekly check ups, and ultrasound. They are concerned because I am carrying too much fluid around the baby. At this stage I should have about 15cm and I'm measuring 24cm. Also, baby Noah is weighing in at 9lbs 5ounces, and I'm only 38 weeks! He's gonna be huge.

anyway, not sure the problems that may be causing the fluids, but they are higher than last week and should be decreasing. Prayers are appreciated!

Aww, Baby Noah, what a special name. He's just living up to his name with the fluid (hehe, like it's flooding in there?) sorry, sorry!

In all serious.... wow, only 2 more weeks go to! Can't wait to meet sweet Baby Noah! Woohoo!!

Thanks everyone! Sounds like he is perfectly healthy in there! His kidneys look great, so we are both just terribly uncomfortable.

Em- DH and I said he same thing about Noah and the flood! Lol

My scheduled csection is actually next Thursday, so 6 more days!!!

Dagi- no, I have an 8 yr old daughter and 5 yr old son, my daughter was 7lb 10oz and son was 8lb 8oz. I've made plenty of layouts of them in my gallery hehe.
 
Thanks for the update Michelle!! I can't believe he'll be here on Thursday! hugs and prayers and I'm sure everything will be just fine!! Now it's a race between you and my SIL (her DD was this last Sunday the 3rd, and she hasn't had him/her yet!)

Cant wait to see all these baby pics!!

Oh yeah...only a few days and you can hold him in your arms... and yes: I am sure we can see some wonderful baby pics soon :)
 
Oh Michelle, the extra fluid sounds miserable and can relate, although 30+ years ago, I was huge, 60 extra pounds, and much of it was fluid. My Son was almost 10 pounds, but all worked out in the end. Uncomfortable to be sure, especially in the Summers heat, but you're almost there! Best of luck in your delivery and can't wait to see pics of little Noah (((hugs)))
