I just spent the morning in the ER with my sweet little Jessalyn. For just over a week now she has been struggling to breathe. Using her puffers several times a day (and night). 4 days ago a low fever crept up and now it's been confirmed as pneumonia. This little girl has had pneumonia at least 2 times a year her entire life (7yrs old). She's a trouper and knew what to do and answered all the Dr's questions herself. So when we got home I sent her to rest and did some scraping therapy.

Doctors Orders kit by Just so scrappy was the perfect kit to use.

Spent my share of nights sitting on the floor in the bathroom with the shower running full steam to help my little lad (now 28) breathe! Spent many nights sleeping in a recliner so I could keep him upright. He was sick and out of school a lot, too. It was tough. He's married now and his asthma is improved, but certainly not gone...

Oh man. I am so very sorry. Poor little thing too having to deal with this. She is a trooper and being so brave. Super cute page too!

I feel her pain. I wasn't diagnosed until I was an adult, but I know the struggle. It's rainy today but even with the 100 degree days we've been having (15 straight now) I've been miserable. Heat has always been one of my triggers. Luckily, my boss allows me to keep it cool in my office (It's never above 70 in the "dungeon" as we like to call it lol
