Are you Ready for Christmas??

I am supposed to be making Strawberry Pies and preparing for Christmas Eve dinner, but I'm here online. LOL

How are your preparations going??

I finally wrapped presents to put under the tree yesterday. A few more left today. As of today all food has been bought til Sunday I believe. My next challenge is that my dad is expecting my usual gingerbread Yule log, which I can no longer eat. Every non dairy cream I’ve found has coconut in it (which he can’t have unless it’s cooked) so I am going to be winging it and hoping neither of us get sick! Once that’s made things should be smooth sailing.

I have to be ready as in a few hours we leave to travel to have Christmas eve with my daughter and her family. Christmas morning we then travel to my older sister to have two nights there.

I am ready! Just ordered my mom's present today- I kept forgetting to do it earlier. Hubby is not quite done though, but he is always like this. Of course it didn't help that I didn't tell him what I wanted until last week.

My boyfriends gifts are wrapped and under the tree... My kiddos? Well they're all bought and still in hiding. If I ever get them to stop playing video games online with their friends and go to bed tonight I might start wrapping some! (lol)

Definitely no! I was supposed to work a full shift. But I took a 1/2 day. It seems everyone in the office is either on quarantine or is using their time. I still need to wrap presents. Thankfully I can lock my bedroom door and they will know what I'm doing and they wouldn't bother me. Than I have to help hubby cook for tomorrow. This year we are only "celebrating" tomorrow as we both had to work today.
We are only having a dear friend over beside our own bubble so it will only be 5 of us.

I haven't wrapped a single present yet. I'm making the roast for dinner tonight and Christmas Eve Mass at 2:30...

Good luck on the yule log changes!!!

It's so hard to say what I want! As the years go by, I just want to be with my loved ones and I really don't want anything! This year I told him I wanted a new set of pans - LOL

I remember having to hide everything! Melissa is 17 now and I just buy them when she's with me! LOL
