April the Giraffe

Yes!!! Every day I check it. My husband has been teasing me because we talked about how they have been saying that the birth is "imminent" for weeks. I can't wait! C'mon baby giraffe!
 
There was a lady keeping track of it at my quilting class over the weekend. I was much too busy sewing curved seams! :36_1_42:
 
I have a few family members that are totally tracking it :) I have seen it on Facebook for so long now, I'm kinda already over it. LOL

It will be exciting when the baby finally arrives though!!
 
I was watching in early march but still nothing. I guess those of us who have been pregnant before and have heard the "haven't you had that baby yet?" speech a few times can totally relate to this poor giraffe. And the whole darn world is watching her. I feel kind of bad for her.
 
That poor thing! I just checked on her this morning. I can't even imagine hauling around an extra 150 lbs. I can't wait to see its little face when it comes out, though!
 
One of my friends texted me this morning to let me know April was about to have the baby, so I was lucky enough to watch it happen. So sweet!
