Anyone else have a preferred background?

I love woodgrain backgrounds...not gonna lie. If a kit has a woodgrain background it's going to be part of the background. Anyone else have a background they use a lot? White, stripes, dots...just curious.

I love wood, too! Some of my favorites are bright colors, too, though. Sometimes it just depends on what I am trying to do with my page.

I use wood too - or something plain/cardstock. I don't like anything too busy for a background on my pages.

Depends on the kit and photos but woodgrain always draws me in. I also like the dot pattern papers. I really miss the dots that Theresa with Simple Girl always had in her kits.

Yes, yes! I love wood, too. I like mostly solid, not busy backgrounds. I use patterned paper as accents and matting. I'm a simple girl, lol. But I do love clusters! xoxo...♥

I love woodgrain too, especially the wornout ones. It adds character to the layout. Whenever Katie (Just So Scrappy and Oohlala) has a kit, I can't resist using the wornout woodgrain. I also like plaids, good 'ol plaids.

I'm another one who likes woodgrain papers for backgrounds. I also like tone-on-tone mostly solids.

White/light, softly textured or painty background . . . again and again.

I tend to use neutral beige, white, off white backgrounds - and I LOVE me some Kraft Paper - but not a lot of people make them anymore!
