Any Instant Pot users here?

I have one and love it. I use it frequently...at least 3 times a week.

Anyone have one one and want to share recipes etc?
 
I love mine too! I love to make the Six Sisters Refried Beans recipe in mine- used to take all day in the crock pot, takes 110 minutes in the Instant Pot! Mashed potatoes used to never happen at my house... so time consuming! But now they're mashable in less than 10 minutes! Basically anything I make in the crock pot can be made in the Instant Pot with the same results but for a fraction of the time!
 
I was skeptical about ribs. But omg..they are so good in the IP. You do have to broil them for 10 minutes after but they are so much better than oven only ribs!

I m going to try chicken and dumplings this week.
 
I make all kinds of stuff in the IP, but a couple that I make almost weekly are: hard boiled eggs (I do a dozen at a time - 6 minutes high pressure, 6 minutes natural release, and done!), the hummus recipe from DadCooksDinner.com, plain steamed beets, and sausage and kale soup. I find it does a fantastic job on soups and chilis, so I have the feeling it will be used even more now that the cooler months are coming.

I second the ribs thing. I got one for Christmas last year and made ribs with mine. SOOOO GOOD!!!
 
I just bought one for myself for Christmas - it was on sale through Amazon Canada for Black Friday. Going to investigate recipes now! As a dietitian, I'm always looking for fast, easy, healthy recipes! Time to make a new Pinterest board! :)
