already purchased info

what can one do, to have these show current, leave come back sometimes help, go form and come back sometimes, clearing history also times help. is there a sure way to see it updated. it wiil show things i never bought when it wrong.... when i come in correct view, i do see what i have bought, and no false ones
 
Yes, unfortunately that is a newer mod that I added to the shop and I have noticed it is glitchy. I have a support ticket in to the company that made the mod, I sure hope they can fix it, however it has been many months at this point (or possibly even over a year) and I have not heard back from them. My only options are to remove it, even though I know that the majority of time it does work correctly OR just let customers know it is glitchy and if they need any clarification to reach out to me.

If you ever have a question about a product, you can reach out to me here and I can search by the SKU number to find it you have ever purchased it in the past.

Has there been any update on this? It used to be a bit glitchy, but mostly worked, but for the last few weeks there are a LOT of products where it tells me I've previously purchased. I mean, it's possible that I purchased and then forgot to download, and that has happened in the past, but currently it seems to be extra-happy to stick "Previously Purchased" text on items that I don't think I have. Has anyone else noticed an increase?

Yes, I have. There are products marked as previously purchased that I have not purchased at all. I almost started to question myself, haha.
 
I hope you don't disable it, I like this feature. I will have to watch it more carefully and see if it is correct more then not. Thank you Ginger for all your work to keep things running smoothly...
