Alpha Sheets use???

Could some of you more experienced digi-scrappers please let me know how to use alpha full sheets vs the individual alpha png files? I can't think how the sheets would be useful.

The alpha sheets are for you to see all the letters in one place. You would then cut out what you want/need vs opening up each png of the letters you need.

Does that make sense? It does in my head . . .
 
I use the alpha sheets to copy and paste my letters into my layout so that I don't have to search all through the letters (because sometimes they aren't in alpha order). It's easier for me, but that may not be true for everyone.
 
I don't use them - I delete them. I like the individual letters in the alpha folder within the kit they belong to.
