YES! I've been a scrapping machine the past couple days! I had lost my mojo since we've been so busy with all the house madness, then a quick trip to So.Cal, then the store being down..... But I've been creating, woot!!

I just need 2 more challenges to go until I reach 10 and get that beautiful reward kit!!


So...... where are all of you at this month with the challenges? Still need more or are you done?

Wow Em... good for you! And Michi... SIXTEEN? Holy moly! I've only been doing the challenges for a couple of months, and honestly I've not been doing very many of them LOL. I finally made it to 10 total so I can get this month's kit.. woot! :)
 
I've done 11! That is what I do each month, about 11 or 12, so I get the beautiful reward kits.

Amazing job, Em! Hey, next time you're in So Cal, message me! :) And, Michi...just wow...can I be you when I grow up? hehe I started the month intending to get them all done... I really LOVE the prize kit! But, after the shop went down, and then my brother passing, I've had a hard time focusing. I guess I'll get it when it's in the store :)
 
{{HUGS}} to you, Tammy, I've been thinking about you! I really wanted to let you know were down in the area, but we took a really short trip. Arrived Friday, left Sunday morning. Spent most of the day Saturday at Citadel, LOL!

Thank you, Em! Some days are good, some not so much. Sounds like you had a good shopping trip! Hopefully your next trip will be longer...maybe we can spend the day at Disneyland! ;)

Tammy...I don't know if we'll ever go back to Disney, it's so expensive now!!
We were hoping to go to Universal, maybe when we are able to stay for more than a weekend....

I think a GingerScraps day at Disneyland would be so awesome!
Em is right though, the price has really increased... maybe we could do a day at Universal Studios instead. But, I haven't looked at their prices recently.
Let's plan it!!!
 
You girls are amazing!! I go through streaks sometimes I do really well on the challenges, sometimes not so well! This month is "not so well" month! :P

Re: Disneyland... [well too far for me] but at DisneyWorld here in Fl. there is a Disney Village that is free [other than the restaurants and stores to shop in] but a great spot to meet up and plenty of jumping water thingys etc to keep kids entertained.

My challenge 'strategy'...On the 1st of the month when the challenges come out, I jot them all down, and think it through as to what I can create that will go with what and by whom.
My overall most favorite is still the desktop challenge. I really use it! Those little squares around the dates are days DD is working, and I might have David. For the end of July...."the" beach!!

Thanks for sharing your strategy, Michi! You are definitely the master of challenges!
I usually put notes for the challenges into Evernote. I've done the 10 layouts every month so far this year, but this month just isn't happening :)
 
Woohoo!! I finished 10 layouts....just in the nick of time! I think I uploaded the last one around 11:45p PST!
Talk about cutting it close!

I'm going to jot down the challenges for August in the beginning of the month like Michi. Hopefully I'll be able to do more challenge this month....and not at the very last minute!
