My first job was at a greeting card store. I was fifteen at the time. I also worked at a baseball card shop. Shortly thereafter I started at Walgreens, and I am still there! How about you? What was your first job?

My first job ever was a bagger at the local grocery chain (HEB for those in Texas!) I was 17... Which I mostly got the job so that my parents would let me get my license early AND so that my senior year I could have 1/2 days ;)

I babysat. Before anyone says "That's not a job!" let me tell you, I had a little enterprise going and made TONS of money. Started when I was 14 for a family in my neighbourhood. Then more families asked and more, until I was babysitting almost every night of the week except Sundays. Sometimes, I would have two families the same night and watch all the kids at one house. I made a fortune!! New Year's Eve, my friends would laugh because I'd babysit. Well I got the last laugh when I'd sit for three families (all the neighbours in those days were friends!) who all went out together and paid me about 300 bucks for one night. Plus drunk husbands giving me more money while walking me home. LOL.

I had more money then than we do now!! LOL...

My first "real" job was working at a stable at a horse farm on weekends. I made 6.25 an hour even though minimum wage was only 4.25. I loved that job.

I worked at a call center. It was horrible and boring but it paid the best so the kids in my high school all wanted to work there!

Like Trace I babysat and I was the numero uno babysitter for basically our whole town. My mother was the kindergarten teacher at the school so I came highly recommended and I had jobs lined up just about every Friday and Saturday night that I wanted from the time I was about 12 years old. Once I got into high school and into sports and demanding classes I cut back when I was about 16 and passed a lot of the jobs onto my sister.

My first job outside of babysitting was waitressing - I left home 2 days after I graduated high school to work in a resort town (some may have heard of it - Bar Harbor). I was 17 and spent the summer living in a "dorm" with all the other staff then left there and drove myself to my first year of college... that was a very memorable summer!
