I collect Russian nesting dolls and those pressed pennies that they have the machines for at most amusement parks/attractions. I started collecting those a few years back because they don't take up a whole lot of space, either in my suitcase or at the house. Do you collect anything?

I used to collect [way back when]....
T-shirts
I also collected Dept 56 Village pieces
Then coffee cups
Now wine glasses.

My Gram collected bells and music boxes and I always thought that was so fascinating! I don't collect anything yet...

i have quite a few of the starbucks city tumblers. Whenever we go somewhere on vacation we stop to see if they have any. I wish I would have started sooner, I would have had some nice ones.

I collect Tim Horton's Christmas ornaments. I have all of them as of now.

I collect Santa figurines. All sorts of them. Big, small, ceramic, wooden, as long as they are interesting to look at, I will grab them. LOL.

I also collect Clothetique Santas. They are porcelain bodies with paper Mache clothing. I have 12 (one broke when it fell off the mantle this year! ACK..) and my FIL gave them all to me when a store in his building closed. They are hugely expensive now and not made anymore so I don't collect any of them now. Sometimes I will see one at auction or an estate sale and will see if I have it.

My daughter and I collect Shopkins too lol. I think I enjoy finding them more than she does at this point!

No. LOL - I hate clutter, I hate to dust, and I'm a minimalist at heart. I've spent so much of my life moving (military) and learned a long time ago that less was more.

Besides scrapbook supplies? :P

I'm with Marie somewhat. I hate dusting and whenever I think of buying something, I think "Is this worth having to dust?"

Having said that, I do love my Christmas village and nativity sets! (Which is funny because I'm not really religious) We've started collecting ornaments from our travels recently. I wish we'd done that from the beginning.

LOL!! I hate dusting, too! My mom & I were just talking about clutter last night... I've always thought of collections as something that people sell at flea markets or estate sales once someone has died. :D
I do try to get a Christmas ornament when we go somewhere special, but like Trace says - I only have to worry about those for a few weeks!

My pictures & scrapbooks are really my only collections!

I never dust but my Dept. 56 christmas village is out YEAR round on my book shelves in my living room. They maybe get dusted once a year, but I still love them! We used to let the kids choose 1 ornament each every year but we kinda stopped doing that about 9 years or so ago and now it seems a bit pointless so we stopped.
