I am, lol. Rough day at work. No one has a clue what insurance they have or that they have what their plan covers. So much fun in the pharmacy.

I am always tired. Probably from my low thyroid and anemia. Still working on getting those numbers all corrected.

Yes!! I am going through some health things right now and it's stressing me out and I'm tired. Being an older mom too (will be 48 in two weeks and Isis is 6), makes me tired as well.

Once my health things get sorted and figured out, I am going to vow to walk more during the day, even if it's just around the block, and although I eat healthy for the most part, some days I eat only one meal a day and I have to stop that.

Yes, I'm always tired. I sleep really late and wake up really early, not a good formula for success. I end up cranky all day. I really need to sleep earlier, but that is my quiet time to surf the net of useless information, haha!!

Always. I have always been a night owl, but with kids that have to be at school at 7 and going to bed after midnight (on a good night), I am always tired.

I always seem to be tired. I was just telling hubby that I'm frustrated with never waking up refreshed! We have been going to bed way too late and then not getting up when we should...One of our goals for the new year is to limit TV-go to bed at a decent time and get up at a decent time, but we haven't done very well on it so far :(

Oh goodness YES!! This week has been horrible. I'm serious.. :( I've been in tears so many times this week it isn't even funny. Honestly as soon as the daily download finishes downloading I'm going offline and praying I get some real sleep tonight!!!!

Yes- tired. Because I continue to take on too much. AND I do not always sleep.

I go to bed early. I up IN bed at 9pm most nights but I read until 10 or 10:30. I wake up with Chris' alarm at 5:30am and never seem to fall back asleep fully until my alarm goes off at 6:50am. I also think that me being home all day with no transportation has a lot to do with my lack of energy and being tired. I need to get out more and exercise to move my body.

I am seriously thinking of taking a aqua yoga class once a week or a regular easy going yoga class. My girlfriend started crossfit and the paleo diet three years ago and she had severe arthritis in her back, and she is feeling amazing. (she looks amazing too)
Crossfit seems too much for me but I think an aqua or yoga class might be the right thing.

As soon as I hear about my health issue, I am definitely looking into it.

I am today bc I stayed up too late tonight but usually not much anymore. I started doing Plexus and it has helped me sleep 100% better now. I take Plexus slim (drink not a meal replacement which balances my blood sugar and a ton more), plexus ProBio5 and BioCleanse. My diet has change 100% as well as how I feel. I sleep so good and wake up feeling great now. I have been on it for about 5 months now and lost 21 lbs and 6 inches as well. :)

YES! I'm a night owl and am usually up until 1-2 am and then the alarm goes off at 6:30 to get up to get the kids to school. Some nights I make it to bed earlier, but not many.

Speaking of being "Tired," I'm tired of my work calling me EVERY day to see if I want to pick up more hours...NO! I don't for the hundredth time!! I'm only part time because of my husband's work schedule and my kids are only 11, 8, and 5...not old enough to be home alone which leaves me as the primary care giver. That's fine with me. I didn't really have a mother growing up (which is a whole other story...), so it's my responsibility to be here for my kids and I'm glad I'm able to do that. Yes, I could use the extra money, but the kids come first period. I feel guilty saying NO all the time, but I told them from the beginning I was fine with 20 hours/week and I have to be here for the kids. I hate to even answer the phone anymore...GRRR! Okay, rant over!

You are singing my song!

I've never heard of this...I'm going to have to look into it :)

Always but I am a night owl so it's just how it is. Thankfully I stay home full time right now and can catch a nap if I want.
